I also love the fact that they will check in with us in a few years for any updates (if I don’t give it to them first). By the end of the entire process, I could have sat and chatted with Vanessa for hours. Instead we hugged and off I went with the 4″ Estate Planning Portfolio, which is spelled out beautifully simple for our chosen people to handle our affairs with as much ease as possible.

One word of warning and this has nothing to do with the firm.
Be aware you may go through a bumpy emotional experience while you start gathering your life of numbers, assets, accounts, chosen people. It unlocked some deep rooted feelings neither of us consciously realized. Be patient with yourself and your mate, take time to process it. Think about why you are doing this and who it’s really for. You worked really hard to make sure you are taken care of and when you are dead, it goes to the people you love, not the govt. 😉
